The website memoriescosmetics.com (hereinafter referred to as “Site”) hosts an online retail store, which belongs to the ΚΟΥΦΟΥ ΕΙΡΗΝΗ ΝΙΚΟΛΑΟΣ Company (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), with Tax Identification Number: 140158833  of the Local Tax Authority/Tax Authority Rhodes, General Commercial Registry number: 147844020000, based in Rhodes, on the street Apelloy 32, P.C. 85100.

The following terms of use clearly describe the relationship between the company and the customer, user or visitor of the online store (hereinafter “Customer” or “User”). Pricing Policy – Ordering and Payment Methods

For the completion of the financial transaction, the Customer-User pays the price that is valid at the time of the order. Any additional payment costs (eg bank transfer costs etc.) are borne by the customer. The Company reserves the right to sell its products at a price that is lower than the one indicated in the online store, as a part of a special offers policy that applies for a certain period of time that may not be renewed.

How to Order

Placing an order in this online store is a binding purchase offer at a price that includes legal VAT, packaging and shipping costs and possibly other charges. Pay on delivery:

Pay the price of your order upon delivery by our couriers, or by a cooperating courier company. Shipping costs are determined by the cooperating courier company and are not refundable in case you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. Failure to contact the courier company to arrange delivery for your order, will cancel the order 3 days after the date of registration. The Company reserves the right to determine certain products, depending on their type, for which payment on delivery is not an acceptable payment method. Acceptable payment methods in this case will be bank transfers, or via credit/debit card.

Use a credit card:

The online store accepts all credit cards. The price you pay for your order may include other necessary charges, such as shipping costs or banking transaction costs, where required.

The Company suggests that, when using a credit card or paying via web banking, you send an e-mail to info@memoriescosmetics.com, to which you will attach the bank statement of your transaction. Thus, the Company can confirm the payment faster and proceed with the shipping of your order. Failure to confirm payment cancels the order, without any charge.

Immediately after the confirmation of the payment by the bank, the Company will issue the invoice and send it to the Customer-User, using the information registered by the Customer-User in the online store (email, name, company name, VAT number, address, registered office, activity, etc.)

Shipping Methods / Immediate Receipt

The Customer-User has the option to receive his order either at the postal address of his choice, or from the Company store at the address Apelloy 32, Rhodes 85100. If the Customer-User opts for delivery, shipping costs will be included in the price of the order during the online submission process.

Right to withdraw

According to Law 2251/1994, the Customer-User has the right to return the products he ordered and received, without stating any particular reason, within 14 days from the date of delivery. The return can be made to the physical store of the Company either by the Customer him/herself, or by a courier company of the Customer’s choice. The Customer bears the shipping costs of the courier company for the return of the products. The COMPANY refunds the Customer-User within 14 days from delivery of the order back at the Company store. There are no refunds for gifts or discount purchases that may be included in the order. In such cases the Company will offer store credit.

The Customer-User bears the shipping costs for the return of the order to the Company store via courier service and is responsible for anything that happens to the product during transport. The COMPANY is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transport.

Replacement – Warranty

The Company is not responsible for any damage that may occur to a product after its use and has no obligation to replace it in such a case. In addition, the company is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during delivery to the Customer.

Intellectual & Industrial Property Rights

The website and the online store and all their parts therein, (such as trademark and non-restrictive titles, images, graphics, sounds, texts, look and feel, website and online store architecture, operating system software, etc.) are property of the COMPANY and are protected in accordance with National, European and International law. if any of the above is property of a third party, the Company has secured the necessary licenses exclusively for the operation needs of the online store.

It is therefore prohibited to create derivative products in any way, shape or form, from the content of the online store for commercial or other purposes. It is forbidden to copy, transfer or create derivative work based on this content, or mislead the public about the actual provider of the online store services.
